Touchd is a free social personal assistant that helps contact management by monitoring the frequency of your online professional and social network interactions, calls and messaging with your contacts and customers.
Touchd suggests daily actions to improve health of key relationships with customers, family or friends.
Touchd suggests a bunch of friends, family and professional contacts from your address book, and lets you sort them by priority and frequency.
Our mobile personal CRM app then focuses on important relationships by learning from interactions with your selected ‘inner circle’ on social networks, email, messaging (such as WhatsApp), and mobile phones (calls and text).
Touchd uses sophisticated algorithms to rank your contacts by urgency based on frequency of recent interactions and optimal opportunities to interact.
Twice a day, you'd be provided with gentle reminders to reach out to the most urgent contacts and customers and you can always set reminders to reach out later.
